Privacy: Your privacy is always respected, you will be covered or fully draped during treatments.
Arrival: You are requested to arrive on the time scheduled as a late arrival will result in less treatment time.
Facilities: The centre has showers, change-room and toilet facilities. Lockers, gowns and slippers are provided for your temporary use. We also have two treatment rooms, one of which can accommodate two people for treatment at the same time.
Cancellations: A 50% fee is payable for any cancellation of less than 24 hours notice. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with as much notice as possible.
After Treatments: To gain maximum benefit from treatments involving essential oils, therapeutic creams or wraps, try to wait at least two hours before showering.
