A Perfect Country Conference Venue

Being one hour from Johannesburg and Pretoria, Whispering Pines is ideally located and designed for those smaller, exclusive conferences and group sessions. We have 14 cottages in total, sleeping up to 16 delegates – Single, or up to 23 with 20 sharing and 3 single.

Generally, each conference group will have overnight exclusivity of the entire venue and the personalised attention, service and cuisine to ensure the experience is beyond expectations.

GENERATOR POWER: In the rare events of a power outage, we have installed a generator which drives electricity to the main building, dining areas, bar, conference rooms, wellness centre and office.

Facilities

Conference Rooms: We have two comfortable air-conditioned conference rooms which are equipped with screen, flip charts, white boards, markers, pens, note pads and refreshments, all included in the rate.

1. The Hammerkop Room: This spacious conference roomseats up to 18 pax comfortably in U-shape configuration and 30 pax in schoolroom style. It is located in the gardens below the pool area.
2. The Workshops: Located alongside the wellness centre, this conference facility seats up to 12 in a U-shape and 20 in school room configuration.
3. The Lapa: Located at the pool, this venue is ideal for outdoor dinners, recreation and presentations.
