We had the most delightful stay at Whispering Pines—a true hidden gem surrounded by the beauty of nature. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by the wonderful manager, Jeremy, whose hospitality made us feel instantly at home.

A special shout-out to Kele, who went above and beyond helping us at the restaurant, bar, and reception. Her cheerful laugh and radiant energy lit up every space she was in—it truly added to the charm of the place!

The resort itself is stunning, with majestic old trees and a tranquil forest walk that invites you to slow down and breathe. The two-sleeper chalet we stayed in was both luxurious and cozy, perfect for a relaxing retreat.

We absolutely recommend trying the pub meals—especially the Eisbein, which was hearty, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Our only regret? Booking for just one night! We’ll definitely be back in the summer to soak up the sunshine by the pool and stay even longer.

Can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise! Treat yourself and enjoy the facilities and definitely support the restaurant.

Cozy room with a fireplace and large bath and bathroom. Felt like a little home away from home.

Very safe with a guard at the main entrance and one who patrols the estate.

The food is very tasty with generous portions especially enjoyed the pub menu. The bar has lovely wines and cocktails to enjoy.

Close enough to Jozi for a quick escape or a day out for some lovely food and trail walks.

Excellent service! Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful accommodation, tranquil and relaxing environment. The food was delicious! The spa is a must, had an amazing massage. Everything was just excellent! Thank you to Jeremy and Lucky. We had an amazing stay. A definite 10/10
